Quick Fix 100mm 7 Hole (QF7)
Made from 6261 extruded aluminium alloy with nylon bushes and stainless steel pin for exterior use or mild steel pin for interior use. These are used primarily for interior partitioning where timber doors are hung on aluminium frames together with domestic aluminium entry doors.
Quick Fix Heavy Duty 110mm (QFHD)
Made from extruded 6261 aluminium (aluminum) alloy with nylon bushes and stainless steel pin. These hinges use the 7 hole configuration and are used in commercial situations being recommended for use with top mounted door closers and solid core doors.
Quick Fix Interior (QFI)
Made from extruded 6261 aluminium (aluminum) alloy with nylon brushes and mild steel pin. These hinges are designed for interior partitioning. Smaller hinge barrel provides for wider hinge leaves allowing greater distance between fixing holes which suits some extrusions better than normal layout. In addition thinner hinge leaf allows greater cover on door closer draft stripping.
Classic Stainless Steel Hinge
Made from stainless steel with ball bearing bushes.
